    Once you choose and pay for your preferred plan, you’ll receive an email with a short questionnaire. Fill it in, send it back, and we’ll send you your personalized plan within 1–2 working days.
  • What plans do you offer?
    We offer three 3-month plans: Basic Meal Plan (R299) Basic Workout Plan (R299) Combined Meal & Workout Plan (R449)
  • Are the plans customized?
    Yes! Every plan is customized based on your questionnaire responses, goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • How do I pay for my plan?
    You can pay securely through our online platform. Once payment is confirmed, your onboarding email will be sent automatically.
  • What if I have dietary restrictions or injuries?
    No problem. The questionnaire allows you to specify any allergies, dietary needs, or injuries so we can adjust your plan accordingly.
  • Can I get support if I have questions about my plan?
    Absolutely. You can respond to your confirmation email or message us directly for assistance or guidance.
  • Do I need gym access for the workout plan?
    No. You can choose between home-based or gym-based workouts when filling out the questionnaire.
  • What results can I expect?
    Results vary per individual, but with consistency and commitment, clients typically experience increased energy, better eating habits, improved strength, and physical transformation within 3 months.
  • Do the plans include Herbalife products?
    Yes. Our meal plans include recommended Herbalife products, but purchasing them is optional. You can submit an inquiry if you'd like to buy them.
  • How soon will I receive my plan after submitting the form?
    Your custom plan will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days after we receive your completed questionnaire.
