While some plans may be reviewed or adjusted by a fitness or nutrition professional, the core service is not created or delivered by certified medical practitioners, personal trainers, or registered dietitians unless specifically stated.

By purchasing or using any Movement plan, the client agrees and acknowledges:

  • Movement does not offer medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

  • Any meal or workout plan is for general wellness and informational purposes only.

  • Clients are responsible for consulting a doctor or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or dietary program, especially if they have pre-existing conditions.

  • Movement is not liable for any injuries, allergies, conditions, or health issues arising from the use or misuse of any AI-generated plan.

Herbalife product recommendations may be included in meal plans. However, Movement does not sell these products directly and is not responsible for Herbalife product use or purchase. All Herbalife-related inquiries and sales are managed by Belle Westley and her team.

By using our service, you accept these terms and release Movement and its affiliates from any liability associated with the use of our content or services.

If you request information about Herbalife products, your name and contact details may be shared with Belle Westley or her assigned team member to follow up.

We store all client data securely and do not share or sell it to third parties. If you wish to have your data removed, you may email us, and we will delete your records within 7 business days.
